Graziella began her professional journey as an entrepreneur, gaining firsthand experience with the unique challenges faced by small business owners. She then served as a business consultant for a boutique venture capital firm, where she honed her skills in strategic planning for businesses at various growth stages. Transitioning to the role of Finance Manager at an agricultural service company, Graziella led a team of eight, managing both administrative and financial operations.
Since joining LPL in 2022, Graziella has been a key contributor to CFO Solutions, providing financial analysis and strategic planning support to multiple wealth management firms, including Rockwell Wealth Advisors.
Graziella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado. She is originally from El Salvador, and currently resides in Oahu, Hawaii.
